Kosiol Painters and Decorators was formed in the 1960s and has been serving South Australia for the past 50 years.
The company offers comprehensive painting and decorating services for residential, retail, commercial and industrial property.
In the past we have worked on store chains, shopping centres, office blocks, hotels, defence force facilities, nursing homes, warehouses and other commercial properties … to name just a few.
We have also completed a broad range of domestic projects, using digital technology to project the finished look for clients prior to commencing work.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
KPD has an enviable safety record, staying fully up to date with Health & Safety regulations. Staff receives regular training updates, as well as corrective guidance on site. The company has comprehensive public liability insurance – but has never had to use this facility.
FEE STRUCTURE
More than just price competitive, our clients look to KPD for quality service and our rates are based on experience and performance.
Included in our rates are:
- Labour and technical support through to completion of the job
- Workman's compensation and liability insurance
- All the workers daily expenses.
Multi-month volume discounts are available by negotiation. Please note that KPD will not offer reductions if it means employing unskilled labour, unsafe practices, messes, and low-grade materials.
